Virtual credit cards are prohibited from malicious refunds, payment rejections, freeloading, pure verification without consumption, and other card usage behaviors. They are also prohibited from being used for money laundering and other illegal and irregular activities. Violators will be fined, have their card balance frozen, and have their account blocked without prior notice. In serious cases, legal liability will be pursued.

1. Cancellation means: after consumption, the platform, merchant or settlement bank is forced to cancel the transaction. The settlement bank determines that there is malicious behavior and it is a high-risk transaction.

2. Refund means: after consumption, you are not satisfied with the refund or return of goods or services. The settlement bank determines it as a medium-risk transaction.

3. Notice: If the card balance is insufficient during a transaction, the system will reject the payment. Excessive rejection may affect the continued use of the card and could even result in it being frozen. Please ensure sufficient balance in the card during transactions to avoid rejections.

4. If the transaction failure rate exceeds 15% within 30 days, the card will be frozen (refund, cancellation and insufficient balance are all transaction failures).

5. If the transaction failure rate exceeds 30% within 30 days, the card will be frozen.

6. Each time the card is unfrozen, you need to pay a handling fee of 1$ + a penalty fee of 0.2$/transaction before it can be unfrozen.

7. Using a virtual card to subscribe to services involving pornography, gambling, etc. is considered as illegal use, and the card will be cancelled.

8. After paying for similar subscription services such as ChatGPT, please make sure that there is enough balance in the card to ensure payment for the next subscription (you can also cancel automatic subscription). If the deduction fails, risk control will be triggered.

9. Continuous input errors in CVV or expiration date will cause the card binding transaction to fail and trigger the card freezing risk control. Please carefully check the CVC and expiration date
