1、What is transfer ?

Transfer refers to transferring fiat and digital currency assets from banks and other digital currency platforms to BiyaPay.

2、How to transfer

How to Transfer to Digital Currency

1. Open the app homepage, click on the “Overview” page, click on “Transfer” - "On-chain Recharge (Digital Currency) ", for example, choose the currency [USDT].
   

2. Choose a deposit network, such as [USDT-TRC20] - get the deposit address, then open another platform or wallet and paste the address to complete the deposit as required, or [share the address] with your social friends
   
   Note: When choosing a deposit network, other exchanges or wallets [withdrawal/withdrawal networks] should be consistent with the network that BiyaPay transfers to, such as USDT-TRC20, otherwise the coins will be lost.

3. On the “Deposit” address page, click the icon of the recharge record in the upper right corner to view the corresponding recharge progress.
   
   Note: Some currencies require filling in tags, such as XRP or EOS. The tag (MEMO) to be filled in will be marked above the deposit address, usually a string of numbers. When recharging these currencies, the deposit address and tag must be filled in, otherwise the coins will be lost.
   **How to transfer to fiat currency **

4. Open the app homepage, click “Transfer” - "Bank Account Recharge (Fiat Currency) " in the “Overview” page, for example, choose the currency [USD].
   

5. Enter the “recharge amount”, select the “payment account”, follow the prompts, upload the “bank statement details of the past three months” and the “proof of legal income of funds”, and wait for review.
   

6. After the review is passed, you can choose the “Verified” account and transfer the money to the receiving bank account shown.
   

7. After the remittance is completed, click “I have remitted” and upload a screenshot of the payment voucher
   

8. After submitting the remittance voucher, please wait patiently. The remittance will generally arrive in one to three working days.

**How to transfer via email account **
Email account transfer refers to other BiyaPay registered users using their own BiyaPay accounts to transfer assets to your BiyaPay account through your BiyaPay registered email.
Open the app homepage, click “Transfer” - “Email Account Receipt” on the “Overview” page, copy or share the address with the other party, and the other party will transfer the assets to your BiyaPay account through “Transfer Out” - “Email Account Transfer”. After the other party transfers the assets to you through “Email Account Transfer”, your BiyaPay account can receive the transferred assets in real time.

Personal bank account recharge with fiat currency, no fees charged.
Institutional bank accounts charge a 1% handling fee for recharging fiat currency.

Note: Banks may also charge a handling fee of a few dollars to tens of dollars per transaction, and there may also be fees on the chain. BiyaPay will credit your BiyaPay account according to the actual amount received.

6.Transfer the minimum amount

Fiat recharge minimum amount is equivalent to $500.
Digital currency due to different currencies, different protocols, the minimum amount of transfer will have a large difference, such as TRC20 protocol USDT minimum deposit amount is 1, ERC20 protocol USDT minimum deposit amount is 10, the rest of the currency will not be repeated, the minimum recharge amount may change, the actual minimum amount displayed on the app page shall prevail.

7.Transfer to BiyaPay processing time

Fiat recharge hours are from 9am to 5pm on Singapore working days.
Digital currency can be deposited 24 hours a day, the chain is automatically credited, digital currency due to different currencies, different protocols, different chain congestion, digital currency recharge arrival time is not the same, such as TRC20 protocol USDT recharge arrival time takes a few seconds to a few minutes, ERC20 protocol USDT recharge arrival time takes a few minutes to tens of minutes.
Email can be transferred 24 hours a day.

8.What should I do if the transfer cannot be credited?

Fiat currency transfer record
Open the app homepage, go to the “Overview” page, click “Transfer” - "Bank Account Recharge (Fiat Currency) ", click “Bank Recharge Fiat Currency” in the upper right corner of the page, enter the “Order Details” page, and view the bank account fiat currency transfer record.

Digital currency transfer record
Open the app homepage, go to the “Overview” page, click “Transfer” - "On-chain Recharge (Digital Currency) ", click “Record” in the upper right corner of the “Deposit” page, enter the “Order Details” page, and view the on-chain deposit, withdrawal, and transfer records.

Email account transfer record
Open the app homepage, go to the “Overview” page, click “Transfer” - “Email Account Receipt”, click “Receipt” in the upper right corner of the page, enter the “Order Details” page, and view the email transfer record.

10.After the transfer, can it be credited to the account immediately?

The transfer of fiat currency and the arrival of bank remittance usually take one to three working days. If the payment has not been received by the third working day, please contact your remittance bank to inquire about the progress of the remittance.
When transferring digital currency, there may be several reasons why the other party’s withdrawal platform (or wallet) shows a successful withdrawal, but the digital asset has not been received under the BiyaPay platform’s account.
Firstly, it is necessary to understand that the withdrawal operation does not mean that the funds will immediately arrive at the BiyaPay platform. Digital asset recharge generally consists of three steps.

1. The other party withdraws funds from the withdrawal platform (or wallet).
2. Block miners confirm transactions.
3. BiyaPay platform entry.
   Therefore, when the other party’s withdrawal platform shows that the withdrawal is successful, but the BiyaPay account has not yet received the asset, it may be because the digital asset is still waiting for confirmation on the blockchain. Only when the transaction has received enough confirmations on the blockchain, will the BiyaPay platform record the asset. If the blockchain network is congested, the confirmation time may be extended, resulting in a delay in the arrival of the asset.
   Before contacting BiyaPay platform customer service, please check the following items:
4. Confirmation status : If all confirmations are not completed on the blockchain, please wait patiently for the confirmation to complete.
5. Platform delay : If the confirmation is completed on the blockchain, but the BiyaPay account has not yet arrived, please be patient and wait for the platform to process it. There may be a short delay. You can also provide the following information to the BiyaPay customer service for inquiry: account (BiyaPay registration email), recharge currency, recharge network (protocol type), transaction ID (transaction hash). The transaction ID is generated by the withdrawal platform, and you can request this information from the withdrawal platform.
   Through these steps, you can better understand the digital asset recharge process and provide necessary information when needed to help BiyaPay customer service solve problems.
